We're taking advantage of a new restaurant opening here in Acton for our next Dining Out adventure. SpicePepper Garden, located at the site of the former Ginger Court, describes itself as a brand new Chinese restaurant with a Sushi bar, and it is run by a former neighbor of ours here in North Acton, Hong An.
